Ask these questions

  1. Is the data public, internal, confidential, or regulated?
  2. Is this AI tool approved for that classification?
  3. Can I minimize or anonymize the data?
  4. Could a wrong answer affect people, safety, legal, financial, or customer outcomes?
  5. Who reviews the result?

When in doubt, stop and ask the data owner or responsible AI contact.
